1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all grooming services provided by Pampering4Paws. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
Please read them carefully before your appointment. If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch.
2. Bookings and Appointments
Bookings are automatically confirmed, however I reserve the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit my policy or availability.
A consultation form must be completed before your pet's appointment. This helps me understand your pet's needs and any health considerations.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may be charged in full.
4. Late Arrivals
Please be on time for both drop-off and collection, as the next customer will be waiting.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will still be charged the full amount.
5. Parking and Arrival Instructions
If you are driving, please try to park directly outside No 52. You are welcome to block my driveway.
Please DO NOT park on any of the grass verges or across any of my neighbours' driveways.
There are quite a few cats in the local area, so if your dog is likely to chase them, please ensure they are kept on a lead when arriving and leaving.
6. Payment
Payment is due at the end of the appointment.
I accept cash and bank transfer.
7. Refunds
Refunds are not offered for completed grooming services.
If you have any concerns about the service provided, please let me know as soon as possible so we can discuss and resolve any issues.
8. Pet Health and Behaviour
Please inform me of any health conditions, allergies, skin issues, or behavioural concerns your pet may have before the appointment.
If your pet becomes aggressive or poses a safety risk during grooming,
I reserve the right to stop the service. In such cases, payment may still be required for the time spent.
9. Your Data and Privacy
I take your privacy seriously and handle all personal data in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
Your information is used only to provide my services and communicate with you about your appointments. I will never share your details with third parties without your consent.
10. Liability
Every care is taken during grooming, but I cannot be held responsible for pre-existing conditions, underlying health issues, or reactions that were not disclosed prior to the appointment.
If any issues arise during or after grooming, please contact me immediately.
11. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will apply to bookings made after the update.
